So you think you are smart?
Then you must be making the best use of your time and money. You must be as wealthy, as fit, and as happy as you can be.

If you’re smart, what’s holding you back?
The reality is that most of us underutilize our mental abilities.
We tend to make the easiest, most convenient decisions about our health, finances, relationships, you name it. These decisions hold us back from becoming our fittest, wealthiest, and happiest selves.
Why the heck don’t we make smart decisions?!
Sometimes, it’s ignorance. We don’t know of any better ways to make money, eat better, exercise better, invest better, etc.
But most times, we are lazy. Our mind tries to get by using as less mental energy as possible. In fact, that’s the reason we don’t even try to find if there are better and smarter ways to do things.
The good news is that we can train our minds to become smarter just like we can train our bodies to become stronger.
How can you train your mind and why aren’t you doing it already?
Psychologists and neuroscientists are crazily working to uncover the inner workings of the mind. They keep sharing their findings in books, research papers, talks, etc.
If you can interpret even half of that stuff, your mind will switch gears!
You’ll start to see more, listen more, and think 10x. You’ll start making smarter decisions in all areas of your life.
So what’s the problem?
None of that research is easy to understand.
Pick up the book Thinking, fast and slow and you’ll know what I mean. It’s one of the best psychology books ever written. The author is a Nobel prize winner. But the book ain’t your quick and easy bedtime read. This stuff is complicated. Sometimes excruciatingly boring (Sorry Dr. Kahneman).
You need a lot of time and bucket loads of willpower!

What exactly will this email course do?
We, humans, are hard-wired into using mental shortcuts. These shortcuts save us a lot of time and hassle. But, they also lead us into making mental mistakes.
These mental mistakes hold us back from becoming our best selves.
The goal of this course is to make you aware of the top ten mental mistakes.
If you know there is a pothole, you won’t drive over it. If you know you have a tendency to make a mistake, you won’t make it.
Each week, I deep dive into psychology books, research papers, TED talks, etc. to bring to you the Mental Mistake of the Week.
I will roll in everything I learn into bite-sized information, which you’ll receive in 10 weekly emails. It’s spread out over 10 weeks so that you have time to grasp, reflect, and apply the mental principles as you learn them.
Through examples, you’ll realize how often we are oblivious to the mistakes we make day-to-day.
You’ll also receive tiny challenges and exercises. These will help you start implementing the learnings right away into your life.
