Intuition (or 'Blink' moment) is guesswork backed by our past experiences/knowledge. It's fast thinking. We don't always have time to analyse every situation so it comes in handy.
While crossing a road, when you feel like a speeding vehicle is approaching before you even see it, that's intuition at work!
The problem arises when we can (and should) afford to analyse but we still don't, while judging people for instance.
Our judgement can be right or wrong. I think the key here is to realise the possibility of being wrong. Staying flexible to changing our views in light of new information.

Yes. Just a simple nudge helps the decision maker to rethink and remove the bias. It’s a small thing but has worked well
